Returns & Refunds:

• You can request a refund or return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats) and personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

How to Request a Refund:

1. Email us at Kovusstore@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
